Regal Grilled

  • 2 Premium Tilapia portions or fillets
  • 1/2 Cup of Seasoned Plain Flour
  • 2 Table Spoons Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Remove fillets from packaging and pat dry.
  2. Lightly dust (coat) Premium Tilapia portions in seasoned plain flour
  3. Pan fry on a medium heat in a small amount of olive oil or vegetable oil, for no more than 2 minutes each side.
  4. Add salt and pepper and squeeze of lemon to taste and serve.
