Regal Burger

Serves 2


  • Regal Springs Tilapia Fillets – 2
  • 3tbs Veg Oil
  • Tomato, lettuce and red onion sliced
  • Add anything else e.g. coriander, jalapenos, beetroot
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 2 “Tip Top” Damper buns – fresh or toasted, sliced and smothered with mayonnaise or tartare sauce


  1. Heat 3tbs oil in a heavy based frypan until smoking. Back off the heat to med/high.
  2. Cook the Regal Springs Tilapia for no more than 2 minutes each side and remove.
  3. Compile your burgers and enjoy.
